Dr. Alicia Nails is a 1999 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Upon graduating dental school, she began practicing family dentistry in Decatur, Alabama, first as an associate and then successfully establishing her own practice in 2002.
Dr. Nails is a member of the Seattle Study Club and the American Dental Association. She enjoys travel, reading, cooking, and needlepoint. She is the former president of the Junior League of Morgan County, the Carnegie Arts Center, and the Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation. She is a member of Decatur Cotillion Club and PACT. She enjoys attending service at Central United Methodist Church, where she has been a member since 2000.
A native of Moulton, Alabama, she is married to Jeremy Nails, the President of the Morgan County Economic Development Association. They have one daughter, Addison, who is attending the University of Alabama. They also enjoy their two four-legged children, Wilson and George, who are miniature aussiedoodles. The Nails family loves traveling together and seeking out new places to visit.
